On the main Dashboard page, I do not see any widget that allows to put Tasks lists or To Dos on the dashboard.  Tasks can only be seen through the “My Work” section. 

 

How can I add tasks to the Dashboard view?

I have the same issue. I want my Agents to be able to see ALL their assigned work in one place. Can anyone from FreshService respond?


I would really like for this to be possible!


The inability to have a widget that displays all open tasks that can be filtered by group on the Dashboard seems like an oversight. I am currently having the team view a tasks list to find this information, but it should be presentable as a widget on the dashboard. ☹️

 

 


Looks like there is an available widget if you select the task module when adding a counter to the dashboard.

Hello - I appreciate your helpful comment.  On our service desk, any agent can respond to open tasks that are assigned to group Service Desk by another team, but the Task View filter only supports “My Tasks” and doesn’t allow for filtering on group tasks, which is what’s needed. At this point, we have directed our agents to periodically open the Task List to view unassigned tasks from there. However, a single dashboard to identify open and unassigned tickets and tasks would be ideal.

Ok i get an idea of the situation you are in. Yes the Task module is pretty limited on that part. 

I hope this part will be improved soon.
