Good Morning all

Can someone tell me where the option is to schedule an export of an Analytic Report to CSV or XLS please.

I have created a report to show out of hours tickets. But as has been reported here in the past, If the report is larger than one page, not all tickets appear on the exported PDF.

The only solution seems to be to export in a different format. I cannot see this option. Any help would be really appreciated.

In 30 years, I have never worked with a ticket system that cannot give you a FULL basic ticket report on a daily basis.
