Is there any way within analytics to create a Bar Graph but incorporate a line , so we can show tickets grouped by resolution time and category , with a line Highlighting the resolution time SLA?

Both Analytics and Custom Reports do allow you to create a graph of total tickets grouped by  category and resolution time. SLA’s are predefined hence we would suggest, showing ticket ‘Due by’ or ‘Resolution status’ as a column in your report’s tabular data section for insight.
