Is it possible to pull data for tickets? Currently, we only see options/modules for Project and Project Tasks

Hello, 

 

I was referring this guide to create a Data Export so our team can create additional dashboards using Tableau. I noticed this example had modules for Tickets, Timesheet, and even Change. However, when we checked it on our side, we only see Project, Project Tasks, and Project Time Entries. 

 

Any insights or reference will be great.

@edward.kim Only those modules to which you’ve access are listed under the Module Name dropdown on the New Data Export page. Is it possible that you don’t have access to all the modules? Another aspect to consider is that only up to 5 data exports can be created for a module. So if 5 data exports already exist for a module, it won’t appear in the dropdown for you to create a new one.
