In Analytics, Service Desk Review curated report, I have set a time period, chosen 3 groups (hit Apply), and run the report. I see the results on the screen. When I go to export or download the report, the results I receive are the “defaulted” 30-day view instead of the results with the filters that display on my screen. No matter what group I choose, I get the "exact same, wrong" results in the downloaded version. Am I doing something wrong or is there a flaw in the report?

Hi @OKHiEd,

Please note that if you are on the Starter or Growth plan, your access to reports will be limited. Even with the curated report, you can only export it with the default filters applied.

If you are on the Pro/Enterprise plan, please clone the curated report, edit the date range, click Save As, and then export the data. This should provide you with the required report with the date range and filters in the export.

If you need any further details, please reach out to our support team—we’ll be happy to help you with it.

Hope this helps!

A bug in the export function—if your on-screen filters are correct but the download defaults to the 30-day view, the export isn’t respecting applied filters. You're not doing anything wrong. Try clearing and reapplying filters before exporting, or use a custom report if available.
