+7We have a Freshservice Pro license but I encouter some problems with sharing a report.
I create a report and go to the upper right corner to select ‘Share’.
The only option I have is either ‘Only me’ or ‘Everyone’. When I choose ‘Everyone’ and log on as another user the report states; No Access.
If I read the manual I should be able to choose who to share with and at what level. What do I do wrong?

This is the current feature available for sharing the reports as of today.
But the good news is we are releasing a new feature by 27-April’2023 on Pro plan, which will allow you to share reports in more defined way.
