Using private notes as filter in Analytics - Solved tickets

Hi!

Anyone know how I could filter solved tickets by how many of the tickets have private notes?
I can’t seem to combine the two in analytics.

Use case : 
I wan’t to find all solved tickets that has no Agent replys and no private notes.

@broberg You can add filters on ‘Private Notes Count’ and ‘Agent Reply Count’ to achieve this. Please see the attached screenshot.

Thats the issue, I can’t add those as filters on the tickets metric?!
I’m guessing thats a bug then? Since you can.

@broberg This thread is posted under Freshservice. The screenshot I shared earlier is also from a Freshservice instance. But you are probably facing this issue in Freshdesk? If yes, request you to please log it in the Freshdesk forum here.

Okey, yeah this community “forum” setup is wildly ambiguous
