Wrong data point showing

I’ve noticed when applying the “Total Unresolved Tickets” metric, I still get closed and resolved tickets according to the screenshot below. Is this a bug, or am I missing something?

Hi.

I’ve just tested it on my instance and it won’t bring Resolved and Closed tickets.

So, this maybe something local in your instance. You may either have a custom metric with such name which is including Resolved/Closed tickets, or there’s indeed something odd in your instance.

If you checked the first option and it is not it, I’d suggest to submit a support case.

I don’t have anything customized. I think this is probably an issue with the system. I will open a case. Thank a ton!
