I’ve just tested it on my instance and it won’t bring Resolved and Closed tickets.
So, this maybe something local in your instance. You may either have a custom metric with such name which is including Resolved/Closed tickets, or there’s indeed something odd in your instance.
If you checked the first option and it is not it, I’d suggest to submit a support case.
