I am looking to generate a report that will show all the open tickets for an agent.

If Freshdesk has similar curated reports, the “Ticket Backlog” has this built out already for both agent and agent group.

Please be advised that Reports are available from Pro licenses.

For Growth, it maybe available as an add-on (with additional cost).

We have the pro license.  It was more of trying to figure out how to create the report without any decent documentation on any of the widgets.


@mskotko  That put me in a good direction. Now I need to figure out how to get the underlying data into a report I can generate weekly.

Good to know you are in Pro license.

You can schedule the report to be sent on the frequency you need.

You can modify the Underlying data in the Gear icon:

Once you set it up with the fields you need and save the report, and then you can use the Export button and subscribe to that specific widget Report:

 

There, you will be offered the frequencies available:

Adding to this---  Is there a way to automate an excel report that lists all the tickets for each agent.  I can manually export from the Tickets page but was wondering if there was a way to automate this function.  I would like each of my agents to get a list of their tickets at the beginning of the week.
