In Freshdesk Analytics i want in the chart configuration sort by ticketID.
What are buckets and how do i use them?

The "Bucket By" option is available for the Ticket ID parameter, grouping tickets within specified ranges. For example, if the bucket is from 1 to 10, it will group Ticket IDs 1 to 10.
