Hey,
Does anyone know how to make a report on Assets Warranty to capture all assets warranty expired to date? FreshService forces you to add a ‘Date Range Dimension’ which means you can only show the assets out of warranty within that date range (which is so stupid)… I would like to capture all active assets with warranty expired to date.
