Hello there,
since a couple of months we are missing some translation of fields in the detailed helpdesk report.
Instead of the real field description we get e.g. [missing “en.helpdesk…..” translation] or [missing “en.helpdesk_reports…..” translation].
All of the report description are affected of this.
Does anybody have an idea what is the cause and how to fix it?
