Is it possible to change the theme of Dynamics CRM Programatically using js? If so how can this be achieved?

What I want to achieve is that when a user clicks on a tile on the main dropdown navigation bar, I call js to change the Dynamics CRM theme for the entire system. Similarly, if the user clicks on some other tile, I change the theme again.
