Has anyone noticed a discrepancy between the data shown on Survey widgets to the responses you’ve had?

For instance, my widget says we’ve had 6 responses this month

But, when I drill down into the responses, we’ve had 7 this month.

I’ve tried different date dimensions on the widget, but Never seems to align.

Greetings @RobCrossHM . Thanks for contacting Freshworks community. I understand there seems to be a discrepancy between the widget data and the data obtained when drilled down. This could occur if there are duplicate or multiple surveys shared in a ticket. Would you kindly clone the curated survey report and apply the necessary filter, drill down for the ticket ID corresponding to each response, and verify if this is the case? It is possible that duplicate survey responses were not counted in the widget and may be included in the underlying data. Please check and let us know if this is not the case. We will be happy to assist you by creating a support ticket.

Thank you,

Sujitha.
