Hi all - I am creating custom fields for certain tickets and would like the ability to report on it. Is this a possibility? Or would I have to export the data and report on this outside of Freshdesk?

Yes, you can report on custom fields that you have added in your freshdesk account under Analytics. Here’s an example: I have created a custom dropdown field called ‘Products’ in my account.
The same can be used for reporting under Analytics.
