I have a weekly report about sales tickets are week-in week-out there are not always changes but I still need to send the report. The problem is nothing has changed the email generated from freshdesk says ‘It’s been a little quiet here! You have no tickets created or updated’ 

Is there a way to still have this report produced and sent out even if nothing changes?

We understand that you would like to receive the scheduled reports despite there being no changes made on the ticket for the past week.

 

Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment in Freshdesk. Only the weekly updates made on the tickets for the specified filter will be considered for the weekly report. Since this is an automated process, if there are no updates on the week, the system will not have any data to process the report. However, as a workaround, you can manually export the report whenever there are no changes made to the weekly report - https://support.freshdesk.com/en/support/solutions/articles/50000004208-how-to-export-reports-and-widgets-in-freshdesk-analytics.
