Question

Widgets for least number of tickets by company name

Forum|alt.badge.img

I’m trying to add a widget to a dashboard/analytics showing the least number of tickets created in a specific period by company.  This is to identify customers that have gone “dark” which may be an indication of dissatisfaction.

Did this topic help you find an answer to your question?

Hi @Emarkey

You could create a widget to show the total tickets, grouped by customer (you can add filters for just solved tickets if you wish).

And then add a rank order to show you the bottom x results (the customers with the fewest tickets).

However, this doesn’t show you any customers who have raised 0 tickets over the date range you’re using, so whilst you’ll catch any customers who are raising few tickets, it won’t show those who have disengaged completely.

Would be interesting if Fresh have a solution for that.

I'm looking to add a dashboard widget to display the least number of tickets created by company within a specific period to identify potentially dissatisfied customers. Any guidance on how to achieve this?
