Hello, hello!

I’m back after a long time, and it’s so good to hear from all of you! This time, we want to hear about your experience setting up and using our Freddy capabilities (Freddy Copilot or Self-Service).

Did you have any of those ‘aha!’ moments while setting up or training or using our Freddy capabilities? Your clever tricks and innovative approaches could be the key to helping others unlock Freddy's full potential in their workplaces.

🔵We want to help our customers who haven’t yet used Freddy reap its benefits, and your experiences and best practices could be very helpful for them!

We are not using it at the moment. We will start the onboarding project for Freddy AI in Freshdesk within the next couple of months. I will be happy to share more details afterwards.

I find your writing style really awesome….


We evaluated Freddy Copilot but we have so few tickets and mostly Service Requests that are automated by workflows that we didn’t find it right for us at this point.  I’m still watching and following it closely to see when that needle moves for us.
