I'm Ganesh and I lead the Freshworks Academy. I specialize in creating courses and other educational content for our products. I constantly look out for new course ideas, improve UX, and deliver a great learning experience for our customers. I have created educational content for more than a decade and had previously worked with Salesforce Trailhead. While I'm not working, I love to play the guitar and go on motorcycle rides.

As a valued member of Team Academy, I embarked on my professional journey as a database manager. My passion for technology coupled with a penchant for creativity led me to explore technical content writing. Proficient in crafting bot conversations, creating knowledge base articles, and designing product tutorials, I now collaborate with Ganesh in co-creating educational courses. Traveling is my passion, and I indulge a little whenever I’m not fully engaged in the joys of motherhood.
