Yes but if you have many apps as well they will consume API as well. So check your apps as well.
If you don’t have any apps I would recommend you to contact the support by e-mail and ask them to check what is eating up your API rate.
You could try another API endpoint see if that works.

I don't have any other applications consuming the API.
I'll generate a new Token and see if that solves it. In this way I am sure that only I am using this key.
If that doesn't work, I'll follow your advice to contact support.

Freshdesk moved to API per minute model, so you may have just reached your API limit at that particular minute. Usually trying later helps. If not, then you may be actually exceeding your limits
