Dear Freshdesk Support team,


we already contacted you in ticket #3716683.


We're still not able to connect Helpdesk Tickets with Jira Tickets. 

We already removed browser cache/cookies and checked this in an incognito window.


Our last information is that you rolled out a fix for this issue. But it is not possible to update this API key under API token section under Admin > Apps > settings next to JIRA app because we don't have any field to put in the api token.

How can we solve the problem?

Once you have the API token, please paste it here:


After updating the admin Username: API Token in the JIRA app, kindly grant full permission to list projects, create issues, etc. Ideally, full admin privilege will do. Please refer to the following link for more instructions: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v2/#permissions
