Dear Freshdesk Support team,
we already contacted you in ticket #3716683.
We're still not able to connect Helpdesk Tickets with Jira Tickets.
We already removed browser cache/cookies and checked this in an incognito window.
Our last information is that you rolled out a fix for this issue. But it is not possible to update this API key under API token section under Admin > Apps > settings next to JIRA app because we don't have any field to put in the api token.
How can we solve the problem?
