@Chan Thank you for the response, however, this integration doesn’t do what we’re needing.  It appears the integration you referenced is simply a way to start a Webex meeting or recording, not collaboration via chat/messaging.  Essentially, we're wanting the same thing that currently exists with Microsoft Teams and Slack for Freshservice.  The ability to collaborate via direct messaging or team chat within the Webex messaging platform.  (See screenshot)
