Webex App Collaboration Integration

Does anyone know if the Webex app is on the roadmap to be added as a Collaborate app in Freshservice? We are a Webex shop and don’t want to introduce another messaging platform like Teams or Slack if we don’t have to.

I understand you would like to converse to a customer with the help of the Webex app. I would like to inform you that our platform provides a third-party integration with Webex that may be able to meet your requirements. 

The Webex integration allows the Freshservice agents to resolve issues faster through direct interaction with the customer or internal teams

@Chan Thank you for the response, however, this integration doesn’t do what we’re needing.  It appears the integration you referenced is simply a way to start a Webex meeting or recording, not collaboration via chat/messaging.  Essentially, we're wanting the same thing that currently exists with Microsoft Teams and Slack for Freshservice.  The ability to collaborate via direct messaging or team chat within the Webex messaging platform.  (See screenshot)
