Azure AD SCIM photo

Hi community, hope you’re doing well.

Just wondering if there is a SCIM attribute that would enable to sync the Azure AD photo with Freshservice when using user provisioning?

Thank you in advance for your help

The SCIM standard/protocol doesn’t currently include a call for photos. For something like that, Freshservice would need to access the Microsoft Graph (which would be REALLY nice.)

"The SCIM standard/protocol doesn’t currently include a call for photos. For handling user photos, Freshservice would need to integrate with the Microsoft Graph API, which provides robust access to a wide range of user data, including profile pictures. This integration would enhance functionality and user experience significantly, allowing seamless access to user photos along with other directory information."
