Greetings!
We are currently attempting to use the Dell Warranty app from the Marketplace and have not had any success. We have waited more than the 24-36 hours for initial sync and all of our Product Manufacturer fields contain the ‘Dell, Inc.’ text.
Is there anyone that had problems at first and was able to get this working? Alternatively, are there any other known solutions that do not involve this app? We’d really like to get the warranty information from the Dell devices pulled into FS.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
