The 'Steps' App that was available in our marketplace was a third-party application that we supported.
The third-party developers have deprecated the app from their end; we are removing the app from our Marketplace as well.
Some of the other apps that help in creating to-do tasks are 'Mistertask' and 'Podio_tasks'. Please click on the below links for more details regarding them:

Apart from this, agents can also maintain a personalized To-Do list of tasks on the helpdesk's dashboard. Unlike the To-Do list within each ticket, which any agent who has access to the ticket can view, the To-Do list on your dashboard is visible only to you. For reference,

Sadly these two apps are integrations with external apps.
I was hoping for a tool that would allow us to have Task-type functionality that we see in FreshService.
The ‘deprecated’ “Steps” app allowed you to create tasks based on Automations. Are there any replacements like that?
