I had set up agent notifications for new tickets back in July, however something has happened since and they have totally stopped working.


I have disabled then re-enabled, removed agents then added them back in. I have checked the spam filters multiple accounts (Outlook, Gmail etc.) but nothing is coming through.


Any ideas what I can do next?

Please make sure the agent email notifications are toggled on under Admin > Email notifications > Agent notifications. If you still face trouble, we request you to drop an email to support@freshdesk.com, @FLVPlayer.
