Can I add a video to the home page

I need to embed a video on the home page or any other page. Is there a way I can do this?

    Thank you for writing to us in our Forums.


    Yes of course. There sure is a way you can embed a video on a page. 


    Make sure that you are in the Estate plan in Freshdesk and go to Admin>>Helpdesk Rebranding>>Customize Theme>>Portal Pages>>Page Layout>>Portal Home and just add the video embed code there. This will add the video in the portal home page. 
    You can get the videos in your other pages similarly.
