Hi there, 


recently we started to see that when we insert a canned message that it always appears below the email footer. Which requires our agent to always copy and paste it so it's above the email footer.

Hope you are well. We understand your concern and this behaviour has been acknowledged as a bug by our development team. The fix is now in the testing phases and will be deployed soon. We'll have this converted as a ticket and will track this with the issue created and will keep you posted with the further updates.
