Hello,
I am trying to go through old conversations on all of our tickets and change the privacy of any notes we have made, with a source value of 2 (note), from 'false' to 'true' (public to private.)
After going through Update a Conversation and searching the forums, it seems like this is not a possibility. Is there any chance that I am missing something or that this could be made available in the future?
