Is anyone else having issues with the child ticket sensitivity?

The child ticket is very sensitive and disappears while writing the

email.

if you create a child ticket and want to delete the subject, and you don’t

erase it very carefully, dissapears.

If you make a wrong click or touch by mistake the “Del” or “Backspace

key”, disappears, and it is very very frustrating.

Is there any solution for this problem, except writing the text in a word

or in an outlook email before inserting it in the child ticket?

Ideally, this shouldn't be the behavior. We have logged this as a ticket for you and one of our support stars would be assisting you shortly.


In the meanwhile, could you please clear the browser cache\cookies once and try creating a child ticket and see if it stays that way?
