Create a SPAM rule containing *.co but NOT *.com

We are getting more and more SPAM from different Mail addresses. The common denominator is, that they are from *.co

If I create a rule which marks tickets as spam if they contain *.co in the Mail address, how can I make sure that *.com will NOT be marked as Spam?

Thanks,
Christian

Hello Christian,

I hope you are well. On this front, you can create a with the following conditions,

In tickets if requester email does not contain .com and if the requester email contains .co

This should do the trick for you. Feel free to write to us for any support at support@freshdesk.com and we'll be happy to help you around.
