Hi,


I have set the my custom domain(support.trackntack.com) point to trackntack.freshdesk.com


But some issue seems to exist as I click on my support domain it redirects to a page that doesn't exist

Now, I can see that support.trackntack.com is not pointed to trackntack.freshdesk.com. Can you please point your CNAME and TXT record to the corresponding values and check if the issue persists?
