Hi!

I am trying to disable agents' email notifications (Ticket Assigned to Group,

Ticket Assigned to Agent & Requester Replies to Ticket) in the page:

Admin -> E-mail Notifications -> Agent Notifications

but when I leave the page and get back it´s always on again.

The same problem as the you can see in the following old ticket:

I tried to delete browser cache/cookies but nothing changed...

I tried it on two different machines/browsers and I got the same problem, so it's not a cache/cookies thing..

Any help would be very much appreciated!

We are not on Sprout, so difficult to help. Assigned to group is permanently off in our setup. We can switch the notifications on and off, and they remain the way we set them. Cache should have nothing to do with the Plan you are on.

What happens if you change the setting and then go to a different tab. When you return is it also switched on again?
