Hello,

We use SendGrid ourselves so already have the s1 and s2 selectors assigned to our DNS for our own SendGrid account.

As such we are not able to verify our DNS records to activate DKIM for our domain with Freshdesk.

Is there a work around to this so we can change the freshdesk selectors or use our own SendGrid API key?
