On Friday 1:46 pm I sent a email from a ticket. Then later at 3:48 pm on Friday I sent another email from the same ticket.


My college who was cc'ed on the email's didn't get the emails until later the next day. She receive the one I sent at 3:48pm first at 8:54am, then got the other email later at 3:54pm.


Can you look into this issue for us? If we are sending emails and our customers are getting them late and in the wrong order it could be troublesome.
