Hello.,.I have woocommerce with freshdesk plugin installed...I have a freshdesk account but when a customer makes a purchase...no ticket is being made either automatically, or when I press 'create invoice'...I have freshbooks and it seems to integrate find with that but nothing is made in freshdesk...anyone help on why this be wrong would be appreciated.  Thank you.
