Let me try and understand your question: you want to be able to create logins through the API and give everyone a default password, say applepie, so that they can login without having to go through the whole process of receiving an activation email, setting a password for themselves and so on. If that's the scenario, I'm afraid that's not possible in Freshdesk right now You can't set passwords for users while creating logins for them.
