I'm using the free plan and the support email address that provided by Freshdesk.


When our agents reply to the ticket, our reply won't able to deliver to all our recipients with the following error since yesterday.


 Message bounced - Temporary error 



To: xxxxxx



We were unable to deliver the message to this email address due to connection issues with the remote server or the recipient’s mailbox is full. Please try sending the message again after some time.

 

However, it works occasionally. We'll switch to other helpdesk software if we can't resolve it.
