hi there,


When our customers open our Freshdesk website, they are faced with a website which is no longer working. Can we receive help on this asap?

Hi Jennifer,

This error would ideally appear when there is issue with the portal customisation that was performed. Please use the URL in this(yourcompanyname.freshdesk.com/login/normal) format to login to your account and check the portal customisation performed under admin>portal>customise portal and make the necessary changes.
