Remove automatic ticket reply salute

Hello


Is there a way to remove the automatic salute (Hi insert_requester_name_here,) when clicking reply to a ticket? 


Most of times I have to delete it, which is a bit annoying in my opinion.

    Have a look in Admin > Email Templates > Agent Reply Template

    I think thats where you can change it.

    Doesn't show up on my Admin section, might be a Trial limitation.

    There's no limitations in the trial version.

    Can you verify this in your account once again ? Also, your Account Name and the login info ?
