Hi There, 


We're trying to configure our platform to connect to Freshdesk using Simple SSO but can't see that as an option. 


Is there a way to use Simple SSO as the only option to access or support portal?

Hello Robert,

Hope you are well during these trying times. Regarding your ask, we have moved our authentication platform to a newer version called the Org V2. In which we aren't supporting simple SSO as a provision. However you can configure other common types of SSO like the JWT SSO, SAML, OAuth etc...
