How can I open a ticket to FreshDesk support in order to change my support portal URL?

You can adjust your URL by following these steps:
Admin -> portals -> your portal -> portal URL
Admin -> portals -> your portal -> portal URL does not allow me to change the xxxx.freshdesk.com url. I want to change the xxxxx. part. I am not seeking a customize with my own domain. Please advise.
I was just in there and it doesn't allow you to change ANYTHING.
