Timezone

Hi, 


I'm having an issue where the timezone is off by an hour. I'm not too sure if this is related to daylight savings in Australia/Melbourne but I have changed the timezone to +10 Melbourne in General Settings/Helpdesk and also my profile as well. Can you please advise on a solution?
