Unknown error message

I now keep getting an error message:

QuotaExceededError: The quota has been exceeded.


I assume there is a problem with Freshdesk, but does anyone have any idea what this message means. I am aware that various error messages in Freshdesk are quite cryptic, and this is one of them.
