It seems anytime you use the asset filters in the assets list the search bar disappears and will not return unless you refresh the page

We have identified this as a bug at our end and a fix for this is well underway. We expect it to be deployed in our upcoming releases.

It’s been 2 years. Any update on this?  It’s driving me crazy that I can use this search.  Soooo inefficient.

I have custom fields that you can ONLY see when you select the asset type but as soon as you do you can’t search and with hundreds of assets it’s a ridiculous to have to click through pages of of assets to find the one you want.  On top of that, there’s no option to allow to show all items on a single page.  

In the couple years of using Freshservice I have found so many stupid usability issues like this that never get fixed, I don’t understand how people use the product.  It’s enough to make me want to look elsewhere.  I get that frustrated with it.
