I’m wondering if this is a bug or whether this is as expected.

It looks as though if tickets are previously associated with an Asset but then the tickets are subsequently deleted, they remain visible in the Associations count on that Asset.

Example:

I see that a ticket has already been created for the same query, and our agent is collaborating with the developers to resolve the issue. Please await further updates as we are working on sorting out the issue regarding "Deleted Associations to a Service Item Are Still Visible”.


Just to update this and for anyone else who encounters this; there were reportedly stale entries issue in the backend which results in this issue manifesting in the frontend.  Once the stale entries are cleared from the backend by Freshservice Support the issue should be resolved.
