Hi All,

We’ve noticed that Agent collision only works intermittently for us. We’ve often both replied on tickets only to find out after that we were both working on the same request at the same time. Has anybody else noticed spotty performance on the Agent Collision? Freshservice has cleared out cache and we’ve tried different browsers but it’s happening to everyone on our team.

Works ok for us? it would be better though if they add a popup when you click send to say “X is working on the ticket as well do you wish to reply...”  annoying you have to look out for it yourself…

 


Yeah, you’re right. That would be a great feature.

Anything in particular your team finds that works better for collision? We’re all on Chrome but we’ve noticed it intermittently not showing someone else in the ticket or replying when we know for a fact they are.
