Hello

Starting to populate our applications assets and have added some custom fields. To enable effective reporting we would like to include these custom fields in our Freshservice analytics report. Is this possible?

@Daniella_Moses  - Sure, this is possible. Please make sure to apply to the required CI Type widget  filter to leverage the respective CI type’s custom fields.
