I think I read that there’s a limit to the number of assets managed in FreshService and there is a cost to increase the limit, is that correct?

if so, what’s the initial limit?

Just to be clear if anyone else reading this. Managed means assets added by the agent or the probe.
Assets added by external sources like CSV, Intunes do not count.

Hi.

FreshService comes with a base availability of 100 assets.

If you need more, they are sold in packages of 500 assets.

Regards,

Elvis.

FreshService asset management allows businesses to track and manage IT assets efficiently. However, it comes with certain limitations, including restricted asset types and management features based on the plan chosen. For example, is 0906 globe or smart customers might face unique constraints regarding asset handling and integrations.

yes, Freshworks only charge if they do the transformation of the information on the asset and adds it to Freshservice

Assets added using CSV or the Intune app are not charged for of today , the may change that but I haven’t heard anything about it.
